Quranic Prophecies - Current Status

1. Fulfilled or Ongoing Prophecies (Minor Signs)

Multiplication of Wars and Conflicts

• "There will come a time when nations will attack one after another..." (Hadith, Bukhari)
• The current geopolitical tensions (regional conflicts, economic instability) correspond to these predictions.

Spread of Injustice and Corruption

• "The Hour will not come until... people trust liars and betray the honest ones." (Hadith, Tabarani)
• Political corruption, fraud, and social injustice are everywhere.

Abundance of Material Wealth Without Spirituality

• "People will compete to build taller and taller buildings." (Hadith, Bukhari)
• Excessive materialism and forgetfulness of Allah are clearly visible.

Normalization of Adultery and Indecency

• "The Hour will not rise until adultery becomes widespread openly." (Hadith, Al-Hakim)
• The normalization of pornography, illicit relationships, and destruction of traditional family are clear signs.

Empty Mosques and Loss of Religious Knowledge

• "The Hour will come when mosques are full of people but empty of guidance." (Hadith reported by Ahmad)

2. Unfulfilled Prophecies (Major Signs)

Appearance of Dajjāl (The Antichrist)

• "There is no creation more dangerous than Dajjāl since Adam." (Muslim)
• His arrival will be preceded by three years of drought and famine.

Descent of Jesus (ʿĪsā عليه السلام)

• "He will descend near the white minaret in Damascus, break the cross, kill the pig, and fight Dajjāl." (Bukhari)

Sun Rising from the West

• "The first sign (major) will be the sun rising from the West." (Muslim)
• After this, repentance will no longer be accepted.

Gog and Magog (Ya'jūj and Ma'jūj)

• "They will spread everywhere and cause great corruption." (Quran 18:94-98)
